Join Kaz in this introduction to using pure wool and a felting needle to explore the art of sculpting little creations out of wool. All materials supplied.

Boasting over 120 double pages for journalling and 35 activities for improving mindfulness, grounding and visualisation, this journal was designed to bring together all of the best bits of Counselling so you can learn to cope with all that life throws at you. Kelsey will take us through the steps of how to use the journal and you will have a journal of your own to take home.
