Let’s get together and talk about a book that we have loved or loathed! We can take a deeper look at what we have taken from the book by listening to others who may have seen things from a different or similar perspective. These gatherings should be filled with feisty conversations and a laugh or two.

Boasting over 120 double pages for journalling and 35 activities for improving mindfulness, grounding and visualisation, this journal was designed to bring together all of the best bits of Counselling so you can learn to cope with all that life throws at you. Kelsey will take us through the steps of how to use the journal and you will have a journal of your own to take home.
