Introduction to the basics of Bellydance.
Enjoy a whole body experience and expand mobility, confidence and strength. Leanne Margaret trained in Classical Egyptian Bellydance for 20 years; its main intent is to promote health with healing dance that balances the human energy field as Bellydance movements are gradually introduced from the ground upwards. Suitable for adults of all fitness levels.
